Return & Refund Policy

Your  satisfaction is very important to us.  We accept returns if products have not been opened or used.  Most item(s) may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the shipment receipt date. 

Due to health and hygienic concerns, we will not accept returns or exchanges of all cosmetic and skin care items including makeup foundation, lotion, shampoo gel, body cream, body gel, shaving cream.  

Please email us to initiate the return process and for return address.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition including all original packaging that you received it. When you contact our customer service team, please provide your order number so we can serve you better.

Buyer is responsible for the return postage.  Any shipping cost that buyer pay to return the product will not be refunded unless the initial error was made by our Company.

All returns are subject to processing, handling, and restocking fees.  Your final refund will equal the total purchase price minus these applicable deductions.

1. Return Processing & Handling Fees (Non-Refundable) A flat fee is applied per return transaction based on item size: $4.95  per transaction for small, miniature, or sample items. $8.95  per transaction for regular or heavy items. 2. 6% Restocking Fee An additional 6% restocking fee applies to all returns, This includes, but is not limited to, orders that are: Purchased by mistake (e.g., failure to read the product description carefully). Change of mind. Undelivered due to an insufficient address or missing/partial shipping information. Unclaimed or refused upon delivery. Opened and show any signs of use.

If the item has been damaged, we will not be able to accept your return.  

Trackable shipping method is recommended for all the returns.  We will not be held responsible for packages that do not arrive.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you and will credit you a refund of the total you paid for the returned item less any applicable discount or coupon and any return processing fees as stated in this policy.

Your refund will be processed and credited to you in the method that you used to pay for the original purchase.  

** Note:  Depend on your bank or credit card company, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact us if you have any problem, we will try our best to help solving the issue.
